Problem With Racketboy Store?

I am trying to order a Dreamcast VGA cable from the store here but it's not letting me. It says "This shipping Method is Currently Unavailable". It wont let me change the method or proceed with the sale at all. Whats up?

I thought you were sending a note to The Boss from MGS3, who would then proceed to infiltrate the Racketboy Store and do whatever was necessary to ensure the free world can order VGA cables.
