You know you could make a european PSN account and get a euro PSN card and get it that way? It's risky since it's against ToS (falsifying personal details) and could get the account banned, but you wouldn't lose the download, just the ability to download it again.

I played through this game at the arcade. It had a big rotating vibrating cockpit. Pretty decent game imo.

I'm well aware. I have a Japanese credit card and a Canadian credit card. So, basically, the EU PSN is the only localized PSN that I don't have easy access to. Anyway, I don't think an EU PSN card would break the ToS... would it?
