Is it Possible To Put Multiple Homebrew Games On One Disc?

Well alot of homebrew is only a few meg and it seems useless to put each on there own disc, is it possible to put multiple images on 1 disc?

If you are talking about dreamcast, then yes. Actually, there are lots of releases with multiple emus and homebrew apps
