nbc, leno, conan, etc

Ah ok, I sort of thought you might have meant that but I couldn't believe that carson daly's show isn't recorded in front of an audience. I can't say I've seen it for more than 2 minutes but it seemed like he did.

The first video here showing how many times Leno can cram in product mentions in one show is pretty asanine.

Has anyone been watching conan since all this started? I'm pretty sure he's drunk and it's been fucking hilarious either way. I've always liked Leno but have lost a lot of respect for him. He needs to just move on and accept that his show bombed instead of throwing a fit and trying to get the tonight show back. I hope Conan gets a show on Fox and crushes Leno in the ratings.

i have been watching. i think he is more just realizing that he will have to move so he's doing jokes that he normally wouldn't be able to do on the tonight show. but could do at a later time.

Leno is unwatchable.
On stupid human tricks, a guy kicked himself in the head, and Leno says, "Hey. Kev. Ain't that a kick in the head?".
That actually happened.

It is a shame to see late night on NBC turn in to this.

Conan had a great show before he took over the Tonight Show. I had high hopes for the Tonight Show after he took it over but now-a-days I feel like I have no reason to tune in.

Leno should have passed on the show with honor like his predecessor, instead he seems like he just can't stand to be out of the spot light. There were several directions he could have gone in after leaving the Tonight Show. If he wanted a TV show why not have one where he finds and restores old cars? Or maybe open a bar like every other retired celebrity? Anything but a show on NBC between the hours of 9 and 12pm EST...

Jimmy Fallon: I've only seen his show two times for 5 - 10 minutes at a time and even though I was high it failed to make me chuckle. I have nothing against the guy he just isn't funny from what I've seen.

Man am I happy I have cable and I don't have to watch this crap at night. :p

I've only caught a few of Jimmy's more recent episodes. As I hear it, he was rough when he started out but has gotten better. He does come off as a huge dork sometimes. You should have seen his awkward interview with Ice-T. Classic moment, Jimmy asked him if he's on Twitter and Ice-T basically says, "what the f*** is Twitter?". I thought that was funny. Not a whole lot of common ground between those two

What I appreciate about Jimmy is that he is openly a video game fan and tries to focus on them a lot on his show. He's been very honest about wanting to focus on some of the "geekier" stuff out there with his show

I will have to get him a second chance then, when I did see the show it was still new from what I remember.

I'll give him a watch when I can, hopefully he can change my opinion of him.
