Help me find this game?

Ok I can not remember the title of this game or even really what it was about...yeah great help huh, but I think once I tell what I remember SOMEONE here is bound to know it...I hope.

The game is for the original xbox, it was a semi console release game, as in it came out within the first 6 months, atleast I am pretty sure it did. The story was based around you and your partner and you were driving this big ass vehicle and it crushed...everything, in site and you were always after someone. Kinda like undercover cops I suspose. I want to say the game was based in japan or atleast a game using japanese colture and animation. It was VERY colorful for its time, no other game had the lighting this game had.

So...anyone have a SLIGHT clue what I am talking about? I think the game wasnt even considered "good" back then, just an "eye candy" game. But I was actually working on beating it and never got to. So figurd I would try again. Anyone?

Edit: thank god for a modded xbox and some of my favorite sites...I should be playing this again in a matter of minutes. Thanks again, I have REALLY wanting to play this and had NO idea what the hell the title was called

you should know there was a sequel came out in japan (exclusive) for wreckless called double S.T.E.A.L the second clash.
its pretty much the same kind of game.

I was just now playing wreckless and forgot how much fun it was lol, is part 2 the same caliber or at that point was it just kinda overkill and done to death

if you like the first one then you will like the second one...all i can say is it is more of the same if you know what i mean.
