Castlevania Symphony of The Night

It was a blast! My only problem with it was that the level up system was too forgiving. By the time I was halfway through, I could wreck everyone. Richter took 3 hits, Dracula was defeated in nothing flat, and the boss I was really looking forward to, Beelzebub, was taken down by poison mist in nothing flat. Also, I got a lucky drop from a Schmoo and had the most powerful sword in the game. In the end, I off set it by using the Heaven's Sword.

Galamoth provided the most real challenge. Fun stuff!

On the whole, if we get more Castleroid/Metroidvania titles, I would want more challenging ones like Order of Ecclesia.

Currently working my way through Scribblenauts. I currently have gold stars on everything up to world 4. :D

Red Faction: Guerrilla, finally! I bought it last summer and have been playing it on and off since then. It's a huge open world game, and I probably would have beat it a lot sooner had I not wasted so much time in giant mech suits, destroying random buildings for the hell of it.

This game, along with Prototype, is a huge hidden gem from last year IMO! Even the multiplayer is great. Definitely worth checking out if you slept on it last summer.

Mega Man for NES.

This is kind of debatable, though. I used the pause trick on the rock monster. When I was younger, I could breeze through the game up to that guy, but could never beat him. Lack of passwords made it really hard to justify the half-hour play-through just to get to him and be tired of playing after a few tries. So, I finally gave in.

After that, the rest of the game wasn't too bad! I was inspired to give the game another shot after watching the series "Until We Win". You can find it here:

Once I got Mega Man, I couldn't really bring myself to play the later games until I beat the first, so this means I can finally play Mega Man 2 again.

Now I need to go back and beat Castlevania so I can play the later ones!

I last finished WarioWare: Smooth Moves. Fun, but rather too short.

The last game that I beat was Deadspace. It was my 3rd playthrough, and I still loved it.

Just beat X-Men Origins: Wolverine on the PS3. Meh... not as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it sure ain't no Devil May Cry.

At least I didn't have to pay for it. I'm also glad that I unlocked the Classic Wolverine costume fairly early on. I probably would have clawed my eyes out if I had to watch Hugh Jackman the whole time. It would have been even better if putting it on Classic Wolverine mode made all the other characters don their Classic Costumes as well, but I guess that's expecting too much.

The kid was chearing for me and gave me a hug after seeing the ending. I beat the game without dying under 30 mins. Oops.
