As long as Eli Roth isn't acting in it, I'd watch the revamped FUNHOUSE.
The Funhouse?

I'd be more worried about J.D. Roth.

Just got back from seeing Twilight: New Moon, and I liked it, the acting is terrible, but I really like the story...I feel like everyone lost respect for me now

I'll own up to having enjoyed "New Moon" as well. I recall one movie critic said that the could not defend the film, but loved every second of it. Also, unlike the first movie, most of the funny parts of this one were intentional.

I saw "Drag Me to Hell" the other night. It was pretty good, but not "Evil Dead" good.

I also just watched "The Secret Life of Bees" with my wife. Afterwards, she had a great idea for a sit-com. "My Three Black Mommas."

They didn't rely on special effects (like the dancing goat in Drag Me To Hell, which was also about the Djinn I think). There were like two special effects moments that involved changing the pupil shape of the eyes. Good movie, I recommend it.
Saw that before. Had its moments.

And Drag Me to Hell didn't have the Djinn. It was the Lamia. WIKI PAGE

And I say Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, but it was on Syfy so it doesn't count cuz they edit stuff out.

OH, MAN! JUST FOUND THIS OUT:

How was Jack Brooks? I've been looking to buy that one, and just finished watching Toxic Avenger part 4 btw, it was great! I love being home from school, I have so much time to just lounge around, played Beyond Good and Evil and watched movies all day, winding down tonight in the Christmas mood with the original Black Christmas

Finished watching Coraline, GREAT visuals in that movie. Very artistic. I like how well the movie goes back and forth from cute to just plain creepy. Feels very Burtonesque

I also caught Enchanted on tv, not really a guy movie but I liked seeing Disney subvert their own cliches.

Just watched Santa's Slay. Pretty funny, actually. The lead actor was kind of annoying by the end since he kept saying I can't believe we are being hunted by Santa. Like he wanted to keep pointing out to everyone that this movie was about a killer Santa. Not a lot of chemistry between the two leads, either, but considering they are supposed to be like 16 and this is a B-grade comedy I don't care. If you liked the episodes of Futurama with robot Santa, you will like this movie Also, what other movie utilizes the sport of curling as an important tool in saving the world?

I loved that movie as well. Since I read 'The Sandman' I've become a great fan of Neil Gaiman's work. The guy is awesome

"Thanks for a lovely evening, douchebag."

Just watched An American Werewolf in Paris. I have heard nothing, but negative reviews about this movie. It seems most of these reviews are because people expected it to be this horror masterpiece and also because it is thought to be a sequel to An American Werewolf in London, which is considered a classic. I thought this movie was a comedy seemingly designed to put a comic twist on the werewolf genre. It reminds me of what Shaun of the Dead is to the Zombie genre - similarly, I would not say that Shaun of the Dead is the shittiest remake/sequel to Night of the Living Dead. Now, if I am wrong, and this movie WAS supposed to be a serious/scary werewolf movie, then yes it fails.

I liked the movie and thought it was funny.
