Re: PS2 graphics
I've played more PS1 games than PS2 games on my PS3 lately, but doesn't the PS3's smoothing option for PS2 games reduce some of the jaggies, etc? I've been playing PS1 games like MGS and Jumping Flash on my 46-inch plasma (where a 4:3 picture is a 37 inch size) and it looks surprising good.

Well, the PS2 has settings which can smooth out the jaggies too. At least my old fat PS2 does. I don't use it because I think it looks fine as is and I've heard that setting can occassionally cause trouble running the game with certain titles.RadarScope1 wrote:I've played more PS1 games than PS2 games on my PS3 lately, but doesn't the PS3's smoothing option for PS2 games reduce some of the jaggies, etc?
