Re: Favorite DOS era adventure publisher.
Ok thanks but I must really suck. I got the tv working ended up on some bloody alien planet and I'm stuck inside a church. I have a feeling I need to do something with those blasted candlesticks but I've already picked up the bible and I can't figure out what's next. Did you happen to play through it and if so can you help me out please?J T wrote:Here's the hint guide:jmbarnes101 wrote: Ok, so how do I fix the blasted tv???

I got stuck there for awhile too. There is some writing on the wall near the entry of the church. It's hard to see and there are multiple things to read. Combine the information on the walls with the info in the bible and you should be able to solve the riddle that will help you light the correct candle sequence.jmbarnes101 wrote:Ok thanks but I must really suck. My favorite publisher is LucasArts. Sam and Max and Day of the Tentacle are just great.

I found those and was able to read the bible the first time. When I went back to read it again it had me take it. The problem is that I can't put the bible back on the pedestal to read it since I've already swiped it from there.J T wrote:jmbarnes101 wrote:J T wrote:

You can examine items in your inventory.
(perhaps future questions about Ben There, Dan That should be done through PM to keep the thread on topic).

Origin Systems. I liked the Ultima games. And Westwood with Dune and some of the D&D games.
Thanks everyone...

But should those count as adventure games?Gnashvar wrote:Origin Systems. I liked the Ultima games. And Westwood with Dune and some of the D&D games.

For those that don't know, you can buy the Lucas Arts Adventure Pack for $10 on Steam and get The Dig, Loom, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
