The law system is what turned me off of it. More specifically the two law law system, like skyknight said. I actually enjoy the equipment skills. Ive been told that law system is toned down in Tactics A2 on the DS and that makes me want it. Im a big fan of glasscannon builds for Moogle Gunners...

If you like FFTA and want another SRPG on the GBA, you cannot top Tactics Ogre. Ive played damn near all of them and the three best to me are TO, Zone of the Enders:Fist of Mars, and then FFTA. Stay away from Onimusha tactics though.

We would do Ogre Battle, not Tactics Ogre. OB was released on the Wii VC this time last year and caused the price of the SNES and PSX version to drop a good $15ish a pop.

Right away let me suggest moving Marche to thief class, and setting up your Viera member to be an Assassin.

Viera member? Shit. Who is that now... ?

anyway, I'm pretty much addicted to this game. Always thought it'd be fun. Didn't think I'd love it this much.

The only female. The bunny-girl. After she masters two archer abilities, move her directly to Sniper. Have her learn one sniper ability, then make her a fencer, learn one move, one move as a white mage, and then two moves as an Elementalist. Yeah, it's as obnoxious as hell, but Assassin is easily the best Viera class, matched only by Red Mage/Summoner combo.

This game has been the object of my obsession since it came out.

Wait until you unlock the Assassin class for Viera, you won't ever go into battle without one!

usually I did the following for my party-

Marche- Ninja/Paladin, Double Sword support ability
Montblanc- Didn't really use him, but put him as either an Animist/Time Mage or Black/Time Mage.
Another Moogle- Gunner/Mog Knight
Another Moogle- Juggler/Thief
Human- Hunter/Fighter
Another Human- Blue Mage/Whatever tickles your fancy
Viera- Assassin/Sniper
Another Viera- Red Mage/Summoner
Bangaa- Dragoon/Defender
Another Bangaa- White Monk/Templar
Nu Mou- Black/White Mage
Another Nu Mou- Sage/Alchemist (Sage has possibly THE best stat growth of any class, matched only by Assassin)

Morpher, Bishop, Illusionist, and Gadgeteer are rather useless.
