-1 and a big negative to user: philcore

has anyone ever dealt with him before? we were supposed to trade systems and i spent a lot of money shipping it there. so i'm out about $400. i haven't received the system he was supposed to send me, so if anyone has ever dealt with him, let me know.he claims to have sent it out on September 21st. i'm not exactly sure what shipping method he may have used, but he told me the post office said it would take 20 days and its been 20 days plus more. and no word of contact. his last login was September 30th.

so i'm out about $400.

Sorry to hear that - have you tried to figure out other ways to get in touch with him? You do have his address...

Also, why would you agree to a trade with him for THAT much!? He has 12 posts total here, and just the one thread here with negative comments/a warning at the end (viewtopic.php?f=22&t=8468&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=10. He has no positive feedback in this thread, either.

I don't mean to blame you for your loss or suggest it was inevitable, but your willingness to do this kind of deal with him seems surprising.

oh believe me i know. that's why i'm not too mad or anything because i was pretty much asking for it. i guess since i've had nothing but positive transactions through market forums, i decided to have trust in who i was dealing with.

i have his address but i dont know what i can do with that exactly. i've sent PM's from the site, emails from the site and i added his MSN address on my own messenger and i will try emailing that, but i'm doubting i'll get a response.

You could try contacting his local authorities since the amount is significant...
