I see. Yeah, I really wish AWA would expand the gaming rooms in some way. While they did cover most the bases, it would have been nice to see more than just Street Fighter IV, BlazBlue, Tekken 5, etc.
I was thinking about offering my Sega Saturn or Dreamcast, seeing as I have some really nice fighters for them along with very stellar controllers, but would it just be a waste to even try?

You can try. They do take care of everything donate, and they run the room quite well (Im not sure of anything being stolen from the con in the rooms ever). I just seem to have pissed them off.
I did offer a SNES, Dreamcast, and Saturn, and something like 300 titles if they wanted them (including backup systems and controllers) and they never responded.

Actually, that makes me wonder. I know you had not only your collection, but pieces of other folks. Do you find you stress more about your stuff or their stuff when it's out "on the floor" like that?fastbilly1 wrote:Because as much as I love the con, the chunk of my collection out with me is my first priority. Next year, this will be different.

I consider everything brought to be my own. If something was stolen and it was not mine, I would replace it with an equal or greater condition copy. So the same level.

That's good to know. I trusted you anyway with my stuff, but that adds to it.
