I hate pets

Post by Mozgus »

I just came home to find my half-full glass of soda dumped off the edge of my desk, directly on top of my $60 surge protector. This device is the reason why my PC PSU's stopped frying every 3 months. I never had a single device fry on me in the 2 years that I have used this. My town has absolutely terrible electric consistency. Now the surge protector doesn't work anymore. When I plug it in and flip it on, my outlet's safety light and reset switch pop on everytime.

In-law's Boston Terrier literally "opened the CD case without damaging it*, and chewed to bits the Radiohead Kid A CD inside. Amazing. I have considered sending the cd bits to the band and see if they send me a new one, hehe.
Let my legs shake me to sleep, and don't wake me when I sweat on my sheets.

I love my dwarf hamsters, but I've had some of them chew on my leather couch.

Those little bastards have powerful jaws. My grandparents have had quite a few. I like to play tug-of-war with them. It's crazy to think that a 30lb dog can pull me right off the couch.

My cat likes to rub on my desktop tower. Once she somehow hit the cd-rom open button which then totally freaked her out when the tray came out. Aside from that she'll sometimes jump on my desk to get my attention. Now that I've switched from a CRT to a LCD I'm a bit concerned she may knock it over one day....

I had the same worry. My cat was always sleeping on my CRT and once I got the LCD she was confused.

I've never really had any problems, with the exception of my cat getting behind my TV when it's on and that could be potentionally hazardous. Other than that my cat sits in my lap when I'm on the computer and my rats have never tried biting any of the computer wires or anything when the go scamper on the computers table. I guess I'm just lucky.

when my cat was a kitten, she would jump on my shoulders while i sat on the bed playing dreamcast. when i'd knock her off to the ground, she'd jump back on my shoulders and stand on my head. *no kitty, that's a bad kitty!* now she's all grown up and a lot more tame *good kitty*

I know what you are thinking, but I've actually put the rats on the cat and nothing has happened. Hell, I put my cockatiel on my cat and nothing happened.
