Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
No list of "hidden" gems for the wii on a site dedicated to classic gaming would be complete without references to Ocean Commander, Heavenly Guardian, Sam & Max, and Impossible Mission.

Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
Maybe too early for a hidden gems list? Although, pretty much every good game for the Wii besides Zelda and Mario Galaxy can be considered "hidden gems", since most everyone is only buying shit like Carnival Games
Want:
Twin Famicom
Sega CD Games

Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
Speed Racer (no joke), Dokapon Kingdom, and Mercury Meltdown Revolution. I haven't played these next few, but I think they might fall into this category and are on my want list. I'm not that versed in Wiiware, so most of these are disc based releases.
Action:
Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars
Chicken Little: Ace in Action
Obscure the Aftermath
The Simpsons Game
Monster Lab
Bonsai Barber (Wiiware)
Tenchu: Shadow Assassins
The Godfather: Blackhand Edition
Bully: Scholarship Edition
Disaster Day of Crisis (PAL, JAP)
Shooter:
Castle of Shikigami III
Puzzle/Game/Sports:
Alien Crush Returns (Wiiware)
Order Up!
Kororinpa: Marble Mania
We Love Golf!
Adventure:
The Dog Island
Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian
RPG:
Rune Factory: Frontier
Traditional Adventure:
Broken Sword: Shadows of the Templars (Director's Cut)
Sam & Max Season One
Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
Real-Time Strategy:
Swords & Soldiers
Games People Know About, But Aren't Buying Anyways:
Excitebots: Tricks Racing
Deadly Creatures
House of the Dead Overkill
Mad World
Klonoa
I'm sure there are more. This isn't a complete list or anything. I know the genres might be a little mixed up, but it's 4 AM and I don't care. Monster Lab seems especially cool and might be the next one I pick up... in case you were wondering.

Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
I actually thought the game Blast Works: Build, Trade, Destroy was really fun.

Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
wario ware smooth moves was a good one, along with super paper mario, and i personally liked red steel. they could have done alot better with red steel i think, more weapons, better controls, etc, but wasn't bad for one of the systems first releases.

I haven't played it, but De Blob has been talked about and isn't yet listed in this thread.

Re: Wii-Hidden Gems
Ghost Squad really doesn't get enough credit. It's an amazingly deep gun-game and has a very cool difficulty system where the game adds more missions and tougher challenges as you get better(plus you can level up and get new weapons/costumes).
Also Ultimate Shooter Collection is worth it for Radilgy and Karous, while Shikigami No Shiro 3 ain't bad at all.
