Yeah, I'd recommend you get the older games as well. Chrono Cross is great (as long as you don't expect it to be Chrono Trigger 2), but FFA is poorly optimized and has unacceptable load times, especially for what were SNES games.

Ok...now I need some help..

should I buy the complete Lunar box set thing...

or all the grand theft autos, red dead revolver, the warriors, and final fantasy anthology for around the same price...

or some other combination of games...

Lunar is much rarer than any of the others games so I would go with Lunar. It will provide hours of gaming greatness and look great on the gaming shelf.

Lunar is an RPG originally for the Sega CD. The battlefield is somewhat reminiscient of Chrono Trigger, in that positioning is important. However, unlike Chrono Trigger, the positioning of your party will change during battle, as you have to move up to the enemy for a regular attack. There's also some of the old-style ways of making a dungeon annoying, like the "phys attacks don't work" dungeon.

The Lunar games are very very good, and shouldn't be missed by a fan of the genre. That being said, the other games you mentioned are quite good as well, and I think I would rather have multiple good games. Plus, $60 seems a little on the expensive side for the Lunar box (though i might be wrong)

Nahh, that's about the right price for the Lunar box. It was a typical Working Designs limited release, so there's just not a whole lot of quantity out there. And the kind of people that pick it up usually don't resell it.

Keep in mind, though, that they're remaking it for the PSP, so you might want to wait for that instead (though it's unknown if it'll be localized or not).

Hmm...I think I'll put of my big purchases (Any Atlus rpgs, Lunars, Valkyria Profile) for last..or should I do them first.

I'm definitaly getting Final Fantasy Chronicles..I've been speaking with the seller..and as long as no one buys it by tomorrow I'm gold.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting the Warriors and Red Dead aswell...and I'll see how much money I got left.
