anyone know how to rip music from a ps1 iso

I'm trying to rip the OST from hello kitty cube frenzy on ps1 and i cant figure out how to do it.

i forget what the program was called but it was meant for ripping ps1 music
i could not get it working for the life of me.

but then again I'm on windows 11 lol

so yah if anyone knows a easy way to rip music from ps1 ISOs please let me know

A lot of PS1 and Saturn games used audio that was not CD Redbook audio. They both had capable chips for generating audio from samples, ala MIDI and the like, and also were capable of streaming compressed audio off the CD from data files. I don't know which music method this particular game uses, but if you can't rip it as a straight audio track that suggests one of the other types of music. I can't find any PSF files for the game but that just means if it's generated audio that nobody has extracted the music programming.

just found a program that rips music and FMV from ps1 games and it worked grate

What's really fun is ripping the tiny, grainy little Cinepak movie files from Sega Saturn games and admiring how tiny and gross they are on a high resolution PC screen.
