NEW RB Server - Forum Upgrade - Some WIP

So I tried fixing some stuff (with ChatGPT "assistance") and stuff got messy and overly complicated. (and broken)
So I did a backup rollback to 5 days ago. So you will sadly notice some recent forum content missing -- I'm terribly sorry about that.
I'm hoping I can figure out the "people seeing other profiles showing".

There are definitely some weird caching issues. I viewed my unread posts and read the unread messages. When I went back to unread posts, all the same ones are still highlighted as unread, even after several full reloads.

I've been trying to browse around the forum a lot and it hasn't done any weird caching items for me lately, so more difficult to test.

I was just on about 20 minutes ago and I'm still being told the same three threads have unread posts, posts I read 20 minutes ago.

Gotcha -- I'm starting to see it more as I do these test messages.

I made a significant change (on the 24th) that I think has helped Cloudflare avoid actually caching forum html files. Since then, it's been reacting flawless for me personally. How has it been for you all?

Yeah, the Unread Posts glitch has also been fixed.

After reading posts, I can refresh the Unread Posts and they all go away.

So far, it has been a massive improvement.
And I haven't been banned in at least a week or so.
