Nothing odd about it. It's just a spammer. Even has a clear spam link in the first post.

Well crud, I didn't see that link when I looked at it before. But I also see that first post was edited a couple times. I guess that sorts that, then.

Makes me wonder how many spam links might have been edited in days, weeks, or months after posting.
