As much as I was obsessed with the original Power Rangers run (plus up to Turbo), and as amazing as that looks (didn't realize Digital Eclipse was actually making games now, and that soundtrack is bussin'), knowing about the fresh hell the original actors went through on the show, I don't think I feel all that inspired to support it without knowing that a portion of proceeds would be going to those actors and the family/memory of Thuy Trang (Trini), personally.

Looks absurdly badass, though.

I have only played a few levels, but it seems pretty fun so far! I enjoyed the Zord shmup section and Megazord battle. The presentation and graphics are great. They really nailed the look and feel of the show.

It sucks. It's missing so many elements that Mega Battle had. Weapons, morphin, team attacks. level ups and upgrades. A post game like Mega Battle's Rita Tower. The combat is also inferior to Mega Battle

Oh really? That sucks. I have been enjoying it. It could certainly benefit from some more variety though. Levelling up and learning new moves/special attacks would be ideal. I am not too bothered about the lack of weapons, they were barely used in Power Rangers (even less so from season 2 onwards), but it would have been nice if they had found a way to include them in some way.

Hopefully they fix some of those things with either DLC/patches or a sequel. I'd love to see them do something that includes season 2 and 3 zords and Ninja powers. Maybe even something that brings in Zeo and other seasons. I am still gutted we didn't get a Battle of the Grid sequel to be honest.

Yeah, I'm very disappointed. Mega Battle wasn't a classic, but I had some fun with it. I didn't even play past level 1 in Rita's Revenge as I already knew the game wasn't for me. I beat Mega Battle and then tried leveling up all the rangers.

While many people may not agree with me that Mega Battle is a good Power Rangers game, lots of people are pretty disappointed with Rita's Revenge like myself:

Of course those idiots at IGN gave it an 8 out of 10. The same morons who claim Mario & Luigi Brothership is a 5 out of 10 game

It's only fair that I mention that they just released a big update since my last post, supposedly the game is more fun and less frustrating to play now.

Might be worth it to give the game a second chance.
