WTB: Clean PS1/2/3 Games; loose artwork and manuals

Hello everyone - I have been inactive here for about 5-7 years (life got in the way) but now I'm looking to start playing and collecting games again. eBay is sadly polluted with so many listings that incorrectly describe the condition of games, so I am hoping this community can help me obtain what I'm looking for.

I am looking for games to be in "Like New" to "Very Good" condition. To me, this means that
- the game is complete, with artwork and manual (and spine card for Japanese games)
- the artwork has no creases from the case
- the artwork has no other damage (e.g., weather damage)
- the disc(s) has (have) no or minimal light scratches

I am a little bit more forgiving for the manual and case, but ideally, the case would be original (for PS2 and PS3 games) and the case and manual would have little damage.

Examples of "unacceptable" artwork damage are contained in the spoiler below.

To start, I am willing to pay +10% of the PriceCharting CIB Price rounded up to the nearest dollar as long as the game is clean and in LN to VG condition as described. Of course, we can discuss the details via PM.

I am only willing to pay via PayPal as "for Goods and Services", but I will add 5% of the total cost (i.e., including postage) to cover the fees.
