The Last of Us Part II
Re: What are you playing?
After being sidetracked by Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst for the month of March and putting about 100 hours into it, I'm back to finishing up some single player games. I've picked up my save in Klonoa 2 and think I'm approaching the end. Just finished the Cursed Leorina boss fight. Enjoying this game so far!
Re: What are you playing?
Mostly Doom with the odd Heretic or Hexen. All modded, with as little as the Bolognese gore mod and Gearbox mod (weapon wheel) and as much as the Bring Your Own Class, Gun Bonsai and Corruption Cards mods on the Doom side. On the Heretic side, mostly Brutal Heretic RPG mod (which works well with a few megawads). Same with Burtal Hexen RPG.
Re: What are you playing?
So I was playing Tales of Vesperia and had finally made peace with some of the weirder (IMO) things going on mechanically, and then I had a crash (not my first, the game ain't super-stable) and lost some progress. And I have struggled to want to pick up the game again. I've lost more progress before with crashes, but this one occurred during a lull in the game where there's a lot of talking to people and things might or might not be picking up again, soon. And now I'm sort of ejected from the game. Don't know how to get interested in it again.

Ugh, I hate losing progress like that in an RPG. At least you didn't lose your save entirely. But it sounds like you're just not a big fan of the game anyway.
Re: What are you playing?
I’m not as into it as I’d like, but this has happened to me with better games, too. It’s about timing. If the game slows down and my life happens to change a little around that time I can just get derailed.

Re: What are you playing?
That's actually a big problem with me, and why I play so little RPGs. If I know I can't dedicate the time to rolling the credits, I usually wont even bother starting one. So I end up starting very little RPGs. I really hate stalling on an RPG. If I put it down for too long, then the less likely I will be to pick it back up. Even if I get the urge again, if too much time passes then I get turned off. Mostly because I hate going back in mid game and not remembering the story, where I'm suppose to go or suppose to do, the finer parts of the battle mechanics, etc.

Anyone else playing Animal Well? Everybody's extremely positive about it
I've just gotten started, so far it's like a more casual Rain World. But I expect way more amazement to come!

Keep me posted. I’m finishing another cryptic metroidvania - Finding Teddy II - but I’ll be starting Animal Well after that. It sounds amazing.
