I was poking around and PES 2014 for PSP seems to be phenomenally scarce in North America.
From the look of it, even the likes of Goal Storm 97 or ISS Pro Evolution have more copies in the wild.
The serial number is ULUS-1065 and I've spotted some pictures on GameFAQs that look legit. Except there's no indication a single copy is available to buy, or sold in recent history, on eBay or similar sites. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/psp/724848-pro-evolution-soccer-2014/images/1330822

I love stuff like this. I’ll keep my eyes open for a copy.

This has got to be the final physical game to be released for the PSP. I mean, if this isn’t it, what was the last game released for the PSP?
I own too many hoodies jackets hoodies and DS games and I’m not ashamed!

I found a random Brazilian site selling it. Maybe a South American release?
I did a google image search using the gamefaqs pic. Maybe try that for more results?

Erm, a handful of games were after this:
Summon Night 5
Retro City Rampage DX
Breath of Fire III (American PSN)
Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force Special
Toukiden Kiwami
Trails in the Sky SC
I honestly don't know about all that otome stuff PSP got at the end.
Class of Heroes 3 wasn't expressly canceled, but Sony pulled the plug.
