My god, this game is so fun. Ok, I am not too good at it yet but I always take a while to learn Mech Arena games. We need more games like this. It's so much like Virtual On (just more in-depth) it hurts so good. One reason I want From Software to remake Frame Gride is I want one of these games but fully customize my mech. Frame Gride is like Armored Core n that way. Once again I know nothing about Gundam but still loving it. One thing I also like is the 80s anime character designs. lastly..holy shit there is a lot of Gundams to choose from.
Is this the arcade game that was ported to the PS3 in Japan a few years ago? If so, it's based on the Capcom series of Gundam fighting games, that started with Gundam: Federation vs Zeon DX, best played on the Dreamcast. (DO NOT play the PS2 version. I can't remember if it's on the Gamecube too. Might just be the Zeta gundam one.) I love Federation vs Zeon. It's such a great mech battle game.

Also, shame on you. Go watch the original gundam series, and laugh at what a ninny Amuro is. Then watch Char's Counterattack, and be in awe.

I have no idea if it's a port. I mean it's possible. Visually it's not super high end. Some lower quality textures. There is some Gundam on Hulu but I was told to ignore those versions. If it ever comes to Amazon Prime/Netflix/Hulu I will. Always been a bit interested but it's never been anywhere convenient enough for my liking.

I bet Dead Space is everything Exhuminator wanted out of Bioshock.
(Visceral Games were not shy at all on the System Shock 2 influences)

Started replaying it via the PC version for the first time finally. It does look a little better, runs smoother, and all that jazz, but the reality is for a 2008 title, this game was master class material and just sheer quality from the start. I have zero complaints and it remains to be one of my favorite games of all time. Absolutely love the aesthetics, the music, the plot, the Metroid vibes and map system, the Shinji Mikami-esque gameplay, the boss battles, it's perfect.

Posted some screens here:

Too bad the series is probably dead at this point and another causality of EA.

I am currently playing through Darksiders. I am pondering getting Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as well.

Jumped on the Cuphead train. Not regretting it one bit.

So I am currently playing Valkyria Revolution. Holding me over til Dragon's Dogma PS4 arrives. After that, I have some choices. Mankind Divided, Battle Chasers, and Raiden V.

I'm surprised there's little talk about it here. It looks and sounds incredible.

I just looked, and apparently I do have the specs to run it on PC. Sweet! I'll grab it eventually.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen-PS4

Man, this game is kinda odd with some weird design choices but somehow addicting and fun. I don't know why I skipped over this game last gen.
