RPG Progress Report

It has taken me like three straight days after beating the proper Pokemon League, but I FINALLY have nearly all the Pokemon you can possibly get without trading in Pokemon Moon. Everyone who needs an item to evolve when traded has that item, and everyone who can be found out and about (no matter how or where) has been found. I just gotta do Type: Null and Ryolu's friendship evolutions, and then all I gotta do is trade with someone with Sun for the guys I cannot get (and to evolve my trade-only guys) and I have COMPLETED the regional Pokedex. I've never done that before, so I'm pretty proud of myself

I have Pokémon Sun if you wanna trade sometime.

Of course! I have no idea how we do that, but I'd love to! I'm home like all day today, so just PM me if you're free to trade

Is there a list of Pokémon you need so I can make sure to have them ready?

I need the guys exclusive to Sun: (I'm fine with just the evolved versions, because I can just breed 'em for the babby versions. If you only have the babby versions, that's not the end of the world).

And I have the respective Moon alternatives all ready to trade:
Sandslash, Oranguru, Drampa, Lunala, Pheromosa, Celesteela, Shieldon, Bastiodon, Archeops, Lilligant, Mandibuzz

I also need to trade you and then back again all the guys who evolve only via trade, so that's a process that'll take a little time Xp

The ultra beasts ain't too hard to catch. Just go talk to Looker in the motel on route 8 (Northern Akala Island) and he'll send you on your merry way. It'll only take maybe an hour. Just be sure to take your Pokemon League-winning team with you, because a lot of those fellas are level 60+.

I also had to look up where to get the fossils, so don't feel bad about missing them Xp
You can buy them in the Jewelry shop in Konikoni City from the Northernmost shopkeeper in the store. Then you just take 'em to the Pokemon Breeder (also conveniently on Route 8 ). He's in his own little map area just to the NE of the Pokemon center.

Also, fyi, I've been playing the game in Japanese, so all of my guys will have Japanese names Xp. My character is just named ムーン (Moon).

Edit: I also need both starters I didn't start with, so a Litten and/or a Rowlet wouldn't go amiss. I have a babby Popplio I can give in return

Once you do that next step will be to make it a living Regional Dex, and after that you can start working on catching em all.

Once you do that next step will be to make it a living Regional Dex, and after that you can start working on catching em all.

I'm really just trying to complete Moon because I like it so much. I'm not THAT crazy (nor do I wanna pay for Pokemon Bank, so there's that too).

You might have to give me some time to do some breeding/catching etc, but I should be able to get you Rowlet at least.

I know there's more than 1 of some ultra beasts. Does that include Buzzwole and Kartana? I normally save reset for good EVs, so I don't wanna rush catching one if it's the only one available.

I also didn't catch the second Cosmog, so we'll njust have to trade and trade back the Solgaleo and Lunala for now.

Other than the first and last Ultra Beast (Nihilego and Guzzlord), there are at least two of all of them. I wanna say there are 2 Buzzwoles and 4 Kartanas per copy of Sun. You DO need to catch them all at once though, so you'll need to reset for a good copy of the first 3 UB's before you can get even one of the fourth one (the second and fourth being the version exclusives).

Also, there are 13 evolutions that need to be activated through trading, so that may take a little while . I can always do that with one of my friends who has Moon though, if you don't have the time/patience to do that. I have 2 best friends who also have 7th gen Pokemon but we ALL have Moon Xp

Don't forget about the GTS. You can toss a version exclusive up on there and ask for the other version's exclusive and you'll probably get a trade within a day.
