When I get bored and have to contend with load times and the like on my PC at home, I like to pull out my NGPC and play. Lately the game of choice has been Puzzle Link 2, since I had previously beaten the original.
While the second game incorporates and expands upon the formula of the first, it has a feature that enables cards which have been unlocked to then be used in some kind of card game. Have any of you guys played this title, and did you earn enough cards to actually play the game? Because you have to put in a lot of work to get there, so I'm curious what it entails.
Puzzle Link 2
Re: Puzzle Link 2
I've been meaning to try it. When I got a NGPC back in my life a few weeks ago it was a good sized bundle with a stack of 14 games which had both Puzzle Link titles. I never owned it back in the day but you make it sound interesting. I had put them to the background along with that KOF Battle Paradise as they were filler compared to other stuff there.
I'll try them out once I can get a little time.
In all fairness right now I screwed myself over keeping a couple consoles I got in the last 6 months and it has become a mountain of a burden as I have no time for anything as I'm spread to thin. I'll get to it, NGPC was the one not a mistake thing to pick up since last December.

Re: Puzzle Link 2
I own both the Puzzle Links but I've never really played the second one although I'd be happy to give it a go if others are interested in it.
I remember the collectible cards in the first game didn't really do anything and were just one of those weird little unlockables that many NGP games seem to have so its neat that they found a purpose in this game.
