oh yeah, and i dont have as much beef with the books as i do the movie, but i still really dont enjoy their take on vampires. its pretty much an insult.

Yes, it is my understanding that many Vampires took offense to the way they were portrayed in the film.

my wife had me watch it too. I didnt think it was bad. I mean, it wasn't great. But it didnt bore me. And I'm I really going to be the first to say: KRISTEN STEWART!

I dunno I'd say the only stewart I enjoy happens to be captain of the starship USS Enterprise.

My girlfriend had me watch it too. The books are one of her guilty pleasures.

To be honest, my girlfriend had to explain half the movie to me, because everything seemed to happen for no reason at all (she let me know that the books make more sense, at least). Also, the constant yelling in the cinema annoyed the hell out of me. I'll never watch another teen movie ever again.
