I'm diving back into DQVII tonight. Will probably put in another 20 hours or so before setting it aside again. That will put my total time around 65 hours, which should be pretty close to the end, right?

That'll get you close to the end of disk 1. But disk 2 is much shorter than disk 1.

Aeris is dead, disc 2 has begun. This is the second time I have gotten to disc 2, last time the psone fried the memory card after I beat the first weapon. This time however I have the save and savestate files backing up nightly.

Going through FF7 again too. Just finished with the Corel area/Dyne battle. Also had memory card issues back in the day ... using the PCSXR emulator this time around.

And here I wanted to be so productive this weekend. After downloading the La-Mulana soundtrack onto my phone, I just HAD to play more of it. The past two days have been like literally nothing but La-Mulana Xp

Got all the way to the gate of Illusion (past the 5th out of 8 main bosses) all my mahself before I had to use a guide. I was at such a lost what to do, and it turns out I wasn't interpreting some of the clues to Eden properly. Kinda impressed I got as far as I did though. Apparently there was a mini-boss or two I really should not have been able to beat (as indicated by the achievements I got for doing it) with only the items I had at that point XD
