Meanwhile in Europe the league of doom gathered for a conference where they decided on which media can join (because of course there's nothing more convincing that you are right, than trying to shut down any voice of opposition).

As someone who lives in the Netherlands I just find it pathetic that nationalism is on the rise in the western world right now, even though people are actually way better off than they realize here (and in most western countries).

Imagine if they had to live in 25+% unemployment for half a decade like we do, how the populace would react. But alas this is the nature of human kind.

Watched protests yesterday but was under the impression that we just had an election! Why didn't these people vote? Celebs hurt cause badly.

Let's put the MLK statue business aside, since the reporter apologized about that, explained his misstatement, and Spicer accepted the apology.

Good for the Reporter to take ownership, Sean Spicer responded in the Tweet "Apology Accepted." The power of the Tweet immediately communicating to the world goes to show a couple of things and why the President will continue to use it.

1. Twitter allows an immediate response without censorship controlled by the Media, worldwide public monitoring pressures to do the right thing on ALL sides. This has proven time and again on quick reaction by corporations in bringing jobs back to the U.S.

2. The Biased Press is so quick to search out any negativity without research, look at how CNN jumped on Buzzfeed that NBC owns, baiting CNN with the fake News. Goes to show press not taking responsible in purposely publishing lies as your fake picture above. Any negative news Liberals will make the top story instead of what is really important. The whole line of who had bigger crowds is silly compared to the message that most people were protesting instead of attending the Inauguration. Strange that the Media has labeled Trump as a Populist President with their attacks.

Spicer is putting the Media on notice, report fairly or do not get any story from the President other then what he decides to tweet. Fair reporting will allow two way press conferences. This needs to be priority one fixed and it will take responsible reporting to correct it. Until then, the Media can just get their news (which they have been doing) from the Tweets.

Yesterday, today, and probably for the next 4-8 years, leftists and Democrats are going to be going absolutely bonkers about Donald Trump being our President. These aren’t people tethered to reality, so it shouldn’t shock you that many of them are incapable of even understanding it when it hits them right in the face. These are people that think that literally anyone who disagrees with them is a bigot, racist, Nazi, he-man woman hater. This woman’s AMAZING reaction when Donald Trump officially became President is a great encapsulation of the type of discourse we can expect from the Left over Trump’s time in office.

Former CIA Director John Brennan criticized the speech Trump gave in Langley as well, but in general the CIA agents themselves consider themselves apolitical regarding US elections, so the speech made them feel "used and awkward." Not a good start.

When it comes to CRT, the answer to the above questions will be 'no', 'there is no amount that would suffice', and 'spout of the same shitty propaganda he has for about the last 50 pages'.

He's clearly demonstrated that he has no room in his mind for thinking for himself. I may not agree with everyone's opinions in this thread, but they have clearly demonstrated that they have well-considered opinions. CRT is the exception - his opinions are those that he is told to think by authority, and nothing more.

His next post will either completely ignore both mine and yours dsheinem, or else it will be a post saying that I 'should be more respectful, it's good that we can share our opinions here' followed by about 35 links to shit that Trump or his cabinet or Fox News have said, probably referencing 'fake news' and 'putting the media in it's place' and 'Heil to our glorious leader America fist!'. His idea of politics is that we should be let people post whatever they want and not question it, but politics demands critique, to debate and critique the values, thoughts and motivations of others is the whole damn point of democratic politics in the first place.

The media should be accountable, but not to the government - that's state control and propaganda - not freedom of speech. That's the type of shit they do in tyrant dictatorships, fascist and communist states. 'America First' reeks of the nasty, far-right end of politics - nothing but hatred against your fellow man. Okay just watched Mike Pence performing a swearing in ceromony with some of the new staff. Checking for coverage, flicking the channels back and forth between FOX, MSNBC and CNN. WHY DOES CNN HAVE A FIVE SECOND DELAY IN THE VIDEO FEED! Older satellite "lag" or an automated delay to allow control edit for their agenda?
