I've heard there is a save glitch with it on the PS3, and I'm just wanting to know, if I do drop the mega-bucks on a copy of Tomba, will I also have to buy a new PS1?
I'm also interested in this. Tomba and Tomba 2 is one of those games I REALLY want.

Some of the aforementioned titles are worthy, others are just abominations.

The mind boggles how Jersey Devil and certain wrestling games got mentioned.

I'm going to reiterate what was already said - the PS1 is not a replacement for a PC. Diablo, Warcraft II and Riven should be stricken from the list.

Intelligent Qube is a great game, but it's a bit pricey, and should you have a PSP you can import IQ Mania which includes the first three Qube games for a lower price than the first game alone.

Many people have told me that I should just get the PC version of games like Warcraft II, Diablo and Riven. Yet so far, not one person has given a single reason (Valid or otherwise) why the PC version is actually definitively better. Is there an actual reason? Or are you and the many people like you just being PC purists?

I want you to spend half an hour playing Warcraft II on a PC. Then spend half an hour playing it on a PSX. Then tell me the games are equal.

I've never played either version. And I'm not trying to get into a "my console is better then yours" fight with anyone. :D But until just now with the recent replying here on racketboy absolutely no-one had actually given me a reason why I should stick to the PC for those games. I was just wondering what the difference was between the two versions, so thank you for informing me.

...I'm still getting Warcraft II on PSOne though...
