Well no reason to think both of mine wouldn't hit that or more given I had the personal level high enough, but at LV23 I think that number I stated is probably on it within 100 maybe up from it if I dumped everything in there.

I guess as it is the new catch is best on offense, and the old despite not having the padded extra HP due to earthquake is the better defense in theory. That original I had was spotted in almost the same location I think 2-3mo ago and it was ???? too and rolled in 1050-1100 range when I got it. For gym purposes alone I could see blowing a good bit of candy on them just to be annoyances much like my 'perfect'(of sorts) Chancey with the bonus dump into HP as it has the best moves and is maxed out.

Kind of surprised today, saw a clefable shadow but couldn't catch it, then found an excellent but damned weak (sub 100) CP Machop which I've never shadowed let alone caught before so that was cool. I'm 1 candy from a nidoqueen too.

I just evolved a Nidoqueen the other day. CP in the really low range 1300 but picked up Poison Jab and Earthquake, which fits its Poison/Ground dualtype well. Nidorino still needs a bit more time, and I'm getting very close to the point where I'm going to mass-evolve to reach Level 25.

I also maxed out a CP arc on one of my Pokémon today. My first Vaporeon is at 1999CP, and I can't power it up anymore until I get to 25. Dropped it in a high traffic gym alongside 2 other Vaporeons at around the same CP today.

Made it!

After a 20 minute evolution spree that got me just under 50K XP (thanks Go Plus!)

I also got Machoke and Seadra (with Hydro Pump).

I finally got a Charmander from a 2k egg with max ATK and STA. After Ivysaur gets candy #100, he is going to be my new buddy, because they're hard to find around here.

Snagged a lucky egg and managed 56,000 exp in evolutions. Wrapped up right before it ran out.

My evolution spree @ 49K took almost exactly 20 minutes. The shorter animations now certainly help and having a Go Plus device to stop the rat/bird infestations

But this means anytime I'm near 50k to the next level, I'm going for it. I'm at 900 bag space now, and I've been snagging a 40 coin bonus for nearly the past week every day, so that's awesome. I'll be at 200 tomorrow (hopefully), good enough for 950, then when I finally reach the maximum at 1000, I'm going to buy nothing but Lucky Eggs and Lure Modules, not to mention the occasional set of 9 incubators, so that I can help other people out and do much more leveling up myself.

I've got tons of potions (106 reg/27 super/24 hyper/24 max) and nearly 70 revives thanks to the level up bonus, so I am ready to do some serious battle/training in the next few days.

I also now have 8 5km eggs and a new 10km egg in incubators. I still have 10 3-use incubators left (including the one I got reaching Level 25) so I'll be stocked for a while.

Finally my Ivysaur buddy got enough candy and I evolved it to a Venusaur. 1291CP with Razor Leaf/Sludge Bomb. I really wanted Solarbeam but I got 3 Exeggutors with that and it's still powerful because Venusaur is Grass/Poison and it gets a STAB boost, plus it's 2 meter which makes it sufficient for attacking or defending. I'll probably use it as a trainer for now.

Charmander is my new buddy, 3km for a candy.

I got lucky and my egg popped a ponyta yesterday so now I have a very solid rapidash in my bin of buddies and CP wise its in my top 10 best.

Currently a few short of a vileplume so I am on that. I got fed up waiting on those lousy 5km walks so for now my first long step are my 3k kids who are like 15-25 away from their second final evolution with charmelon being last as it has like 3 of 100. He falls as far as I am concerned in with snorlax and dragonite as a do last. At least squirtle and more so bulbasaur pops up around here so I can leave those be.

Also put into a gym 19.5 hrs ago, surprising where it is, I am still in it. I hope it lasts to coin out in 90min. I hate I cant do this but rarely as I want to expand my item storage.

I took some of my abundance of items and struck 3 Mystic gyms. One completely down, but taken back a hour later, and the other 2 were higher in level but i lasted through 5 Pokémon in each so off goes a level on each of those. Tomorrow I'm checking out the park where as of last night both gyms were Valor and both over level 5 so I'm hoping to use the easier training feature to put some of my higher stuff (1815 Snorlax & 2077 Vaporeon) and get a little bit more per day.

Well, the Pokemon I had at the Park Gym was sent back to me on Monday (but not before I got my coins, ha!) But Fluffball's still at the church and Waterproof is still off at the State Park Gym. So at least I've got some stable income for the week.

There was another church gym across the street from the state park that was controlled by Mystic last week. (Actually, most of what I saw on the way was blue too...) I'm thinking about heading back over there this Friday to see if it (and the State Park) are still solid. If it is, I'll see if I can build it up and drop my newly beefed, fully powered up Exeggutor in there. Need to go and check if it's worth it first, though (Imma bit low on the potions front.)

Haven't caught anything new lately. Hatched a good Tangela today. Also hatched a 15/15/15 Geodude this week. He's the first one I've gotten with perfect scores. But while I was at the store today I did nab-

There were also a lot of Bulbasurs out today, too. I caught four of the little buggers while I was shopping.

I'm just about ready to evolve at least 6 new guys. I'm just holding out until I level up to 25 so I can use the Lucky Egg and get the bonuses. But it'll probably be a couple weeks until I get to that point. I'm about 1/3 of the way there, so far. By then, I should have quite a bit built up to make it worth it, especially now that they've decreased the evolution times.

Up and down the highway corridor it's all Mystic. It's tough to knock them off. The only place I've been having success is at the flagpole gym. We got it with 2 Snorlax in there now, 1812 and my newly powered up 1860 (from the 10k egg, 15/14/14). But further south Valor rules and that's where I got another Snorlax (1400 at the very bottom now for nearly a week) and the 1977 Exeggutor at the library (week and a half). Vaporeon 2 is still at the beach for the same period, and of course the Flareon so that's 40 a day for the past week, 5 more days and I finally max out my bag storage. But I'm hoping for a fast 50 tomorrow and more opportunities to train up too.

I got no perfect scores yet. My top 5 are:

Dodrio 15/14/15 (from egg? Unsure, probably though)
Arcanine 14/15/15 (egg)
Snorlax 15/14/14 (egg)
Vaporeon #3 15/14/14 (but only 505 CP, wild but that was during Pokédex/IV bug)
Scyther 15/14/15 (wild from lure)

So lots of near perfects.
