Not as "good" as the first one, but entertaining fodder nonetheless. Maika Monroe is still an emotionless robot.

Curtains
Six actresses are invited to spend a few days at a director's house to tryout for his upcoming picture. Only he originally had a star for it, one he intentionally left locked up in a mental institution. She's escaped just to read for the role, but not everything is at it seems. One by one the hopeful starlets find themselves getting hacked to death by someone in an old woman mask. Who will survive the final curtain call?
Yes, it's a slasher/mystery film that feels much more heavily influenced by Italian giallo cinema than the likes of the early Friday the 13ths. While the movie doesn't really hold up to scrutiny, it does have that awkward and occasionally dreamlike vibe one might get from Dario Argento's animal trilogy of the 1970s mixed in with your Halloween-esque hunting presence. I won't give away who the killer is, though you can tell if you pay close attention even with the obvious red herrings the film throws at you. The one thing that really helps this movie stand out is a sequence involving the killer chasing down a woman with a sickle while wearing ice skates.
I liked it well enough. Give it a shot. It's not too gory and makes an interesting curiosity more than anything.
Frightmare
According to Wikipedia, this is a slasher. I don't agree with that because the killer uses black magic/telepathy/mindfreak powers to generally do stuff. Then again, it does sort of follow a lot of slasher tropes such as a final girl and punishing the bad kids, so...yeah. I could see arguments going either way.
Anyway, the plot focuses on the death of fictitious horror icon Conrad Razkoff. His tomb is violated by a bunch of kids, and his wife gets a psychic to communicate with him to try and find his missing corpse. The only issue is she accidentally brings him back from Hell in the process and tells him to send the people who took his body to Hell instead. So now Razkoff does that while sneaking about a mansion dressed like Bela Lugosi.
I'd love to tell you more, but the version of this movie I managed to see was absurdly dark, to the point I often couldn't make out much of the action. A few of the kills I had to go back and rewatch to figure out if folks were actually dying the way I thought they were. It turns out yes, I was right, he did rip that dude's tongue out, but I still feel bad that I had to go back to be sure. There are also some funky edits at times, so it feels like an external investigation about Razkoff's missing body is out of place. These things all hold the movie back.
There are still a couple of reasons to watch it though. The sound design is cool, with Razkoff using his powers of audio to terrify and attract, while also making creepy noises whenever he uses his powers. This was the thing that impressed me the most about the film, just how he sounds. Oh, and this was Jeffrey Combs' horror debut. Who is Jeffrey Combs you ask? This guy:

Frightmare sounds hilarious, but makes me wonder if it's like that lame esper stuff in Friday the 13th... uh whichever one it was with the esper girl. Hated that stuff.
Speaking of, I hope they're still game for Raid 3.

The Mummy Returns is not just a pretty bad movie, it's also a really boring one. And for a movie, boring is the touch of death.

Oh man! I used to love Ice Pirates! I haven't seen that since the 80s. It was so long ago we still had to rent the VCR to watch it on.

ARQ was interesting by no means was it bad but it wasn't anything special either. The whole thing is pretty much shot in a single house so I imagine the budget was ridiculously small actors were pretty good though.
