Found something really cool out today. I was thinking of ordering Sayonara Umihara Kawase, the 3DS (port?) version of Umihara Kawase (the Super Famicom game with the fish with legs, and the little girl with the grapple-fishing rod), but then, by total accident, I found it on the US eShop! It has a different title, the new one being Yumi's Odd Odyssey, but the cover art is exactly the same. And it's on sale now!

Also, speaking of eShop sale games, I'm really considering picking up AeternoBlade after prfsnl_gmr's recommendation. Might wait until he beats it though.

It is indeed. I've been pretty curious about the series, and it's nice that they're basically all on one disc.

I only say that because I'm not sure how many more turn based RPGs I'll actually be able to stuff into the back end of 2016.

^I love Phantasy Star in general, and am sad to say I haven't played IV yet.

RGT: I totally forgot I have a Pico in my basement. Is that thing worth anything?

I moved my video game collection from my old house to my new house this morning. I drove my wife's Toyota Highlander, and even putting the back seats down, it took me two trips to move everything out....I also still have several large boxes full of games in storage. On the one hand, having that many games is kind of ridiculous. On the other hand, it is kind of awesome, and I am smiling just thinking about them.

First experience of pre-loading a Steam game is terrible.

Had to wait until 11:00am for it to unlock??? A friend of mine texted me a picture of him with a PS4 copy. I could be playing it by now. Now it has to update 2 gigs worth and the network is being slow. Looks like it's another couple hours of waiting.

I took a day off for this?

HOLY SHIT!

It sounds like PS Now is going to be brought to PC. Meaning, for a monthly subscription PC gamers will be able to stream PS3 games.

Now this is just PS3 games I guess; not the full PlayStation line-up. And $20/mo seems pretty expensive to me. And you'd be streaming the games not actually downloading PC ports of them.

BUT, I feel like it's an interesting step in a direction that I really like.
