That's very promising.

Hopefully they are talking about ALL of the games and not just the ones like Final Fantasy where only the 60hz version exists.

I remember Bergsala from my time living in Sweden. They have a giant Mario statue on a podium outside their headquarters that makes an interesting spot on a road trip!

Definitely sounds promising for us Europeans. Thanks for speaking to the store and sharing.

Anyone wanna guess how many units of this will sell?
I'm sure millions but how many you think?

I am hoping they produce enough that scalpers don't pick them up. In the past few years Nintendo have been pretty shit with this, like they hate making money or something.

Mario Anniversary, Metroid Trilogy, Amiibo, really hoping the NES classic is easy to walk into a store and pick up.

Yes I hope there's tons so everyone can have one if they wish. With the holidays close it is scalper territory, shits crazy that if they get scalped it will drive demand even more for Nintendo so when a second batch comes around they sell well too. I'm not paying scalped price as long as I know it exist I can wait if needed, still going day one if its not a shit storm.

The controller is the same size as the unit.

They're going to produce boatloads of these things for every major retailer I'm sure. This is their Christmas stop-gap. It might be hard to get them at launch and during the holiday rush but I can almost guarantee there will be more than enough of them.

I'm almost afraid to predict how many of these they will sell. Part of me wants to lowball it, but then again, they're tapping a huge vein of nostalgia, even more so than with the Wii.

So, guesses, folks? I'm going to throw out a number and say they end up selling... 10 million?

I think whatever they intend to produce 90%+ of it will sell out, and the other ones will pop up here and there like those damned Amiibo shortages and get picked off by 2nd/3rd shift and flipper types who do it as a job/second job to make sure some poor woman has to pay double for Christmas.

Whenever these hit Amazon since I have prime I'm going to just pre-buy the damn thing and it may even qualify for that 20% off too they do. I'm not putting up with nor playing into that shit this go around at all. Period.
