My impressions of Jessica Jones were the same as yours. I've been considering trying it again with all the praise it's getting here, but looking at those praising it, it's mostly weirdos.

I think if you know the backstory you'd appreciate the show a lot more. This is an excellent show. We binged 3 eps last night and had a hard time turning it off - despite work in 5 hours.

Wife and I are huge fans of David Attenborough's work. We started watching his latest 3 eps special "David Attenborough's Great Barrier Reef" last night. Watching it in 4K is pretty damned amazing, but even at DVD quality this show would be fascinating. Nobody does nature documentaries better than David and his crew.
