What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

for only $1. I am so happy! (I love two of these movies; I like Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde; and I am excited to see House of Wax.) I also got a brand new Friday the 13th/Friday the 13th Part 2 DVD combo pack, a brand new copy of The Birds, and a brand new copy of Psycho. All of them were $1. There were a lot more horror movies there, and I may go back and stock up on movies for October! :D

Also, I found a brand new copy of Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 (PS3) for $3. I passed on it.
Will this be your first time viewing Freaks then? If so, you're in for a treat.

Oh no! It's one of the two I love! (The Haunting is the other. It may be my very favorite horror film.)

The new Point Break sucks big ones :P. Wasted a space in my DVD que on Netflix with it. The heist scenes are really brief with no real setup or tension and the characters are pretty bland and undeveloped. The movie also gets super caught up in the extreme sports scenes most of which are pretty cool, but they use a lot of CGI and while most of the CGI is pretty good something about the physics or motion blur they implemented really had me distracted in a few scenes.

Speaking of Point Break, the other day I realized the first Fast and the Furious is just Point Break with cars.

well I fought it for 35 years, but after subjecting my wife to three Resident Evil movies, she decided that it was time I see Dirty Dancing. I actually didn't think it was awful. Huh.
