Dude Resident Evil 5 at the bottom, have you played coop it's not all that bad. The Lost in Nightmares DLC is fantastic! :)

Lost in Nightmares was great, I'll definitely give you that. I played it a little co-op, and it's definitely better, but I still thought it was a rubbish game in general. It's abysmal solo and it's just okay co-op. That's my opinion of it, anyway. It didn't even feel like a horror game; it felt too much like an action game. I felt that Silent Hill: Homecoming had a similar problem, although Homecoming did WAY better at keeping the horror feel (fuck that doll boss, man).

so Resident Evil (the original game) is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Seems like a good reason to bump this thread.

Anybody picking up the RE6 port on PS4 or Xbox One? I've got it pre-ordered on PS4. I bought it on PS3 when it originally came out, but for $20, I'll double dip given that it includes all of the DLC and I'm a HUGE fan of the series anyway.

I could have sworn I picked up RE6 on Steam, but apparently not. I have 4, 5, Revelations and Revelations 2 on Steam right now. I need to step my Steam RE game up. I'm actually pretty interested in the new port of RE0, though. I haven't played that game since 2007.

I haven't played all the way through the port of RE0, but I've got the Origins Collection on PS4, and what I've played of it is really fantastic. I've got a few gaps in my Resident Evil collection that I need to fill (mainly Deadly Silence on DS, a couple of the Gamecube ports, and one of the Wii ports).

I pre ordered yesterday $20 is a great price to add to the collection. I'm hoping my wife plays some split screen with me, she hated the controls in RE5 but RE6 I think tighten's up?

Also all the RE's are on sale via XBLA (360) picked up Code Veronica X for $5.

Gross, 360 port of Code Veronica. Dreamcast or bust.

I'd actually love to see Code Veronica get the HD treatment. Such a cool game. But, I'm pretty sure RE2 is the next title we'll see being re-released.
