Holy Water will allow you to lock Death down from moving; Bogus knows what's up.

Also the holy water can 1-hit the armored knights in the levels, which helps you breeze through the area before death without getting hit. Just throw the water and move back a bit and they walk right into it.

It really helps in that stage.
