So if we play online, we will all play on Vega block 1?
I have been creating a team named "racket" every time I am on. Yesterday some lev 109 character came in and shared some items. Real nice folk on that ship.

Vega on Sylverant is basically the Dreamcast-Talk forum server.
So it's up to you. If you want the opportunity to run in to random dudes, then Vega. If you want a ship that is less likely to have random dudes, then we can agree to consider Altimira the ship we'll meet up on.
I'm fine with Vega. If you're uncertain of how many people are on what ship/block, you can hit the X button on the server/block select screen and it will tell you the current server populations.
I've spent half an hour trying to get this damn white box to connect, and I can't figure out what the hell I'm doing, so I'm ragequitting for now. If someone can point me in the general direction of "Here's a step by step guide for idiots to get a Dreamcast online via dial up in 2016," I'd be super appreciative.

1. Did you get a free dialup ISP access number to use? (If so, does it require a password or username or anything?)
2. Did you set up the dialup access number in PSO?
3. Did you download and burn the Sylverant patcher disc?

You need a browser disc to change the isp number and password. Then use the Sylverant patch disc - which then requires a real copy of PSO not a CDR (I tried that to play v2 and it didn't work).
