^looks so crisp.
Likewise, I fired up Under Defeat today in my arcade setup. Lovely 4:3 VGA. Game looks great and I'm still really meh at it. That f'ing hitbox, man.
Also, I picked up a copy of RE3 today which I'm very happy about.

Happy 15th Anniversary PSO. I'll be playing some online this afternoon!

PSO makes me sad these days since my beastly schthack server characters are gone forever.
I knew it it would happen someday, but still feels bad man.

It's okay Gunstar. You don't have a GameCube or DC?
I recently saw that I have an Xbox Live profile on my original Xbox. It's not my original profile, so I can't go back and play with my old characters. But I guess I could start anew on Xbox.

Playing a bit of Aqua GT on the Dreamcast.
Average at best.
A nice touch though includes the possibility of racing during high tide or low tide. This will then have an impact on the dynamics of the tracks...cornering needs to be much more precise during low tide tracks.

I do, but I don't think I'll ever bring myself to start over in single player.Blu wrote:It's okay Gunstar. You don't have a GameCube or DC?
Re: How is your Dreamcast gaming going on?
I've been playing some Toy Commander this afternoon. Fun title and quite an original concept at the time. Still is, I guess. I hear the controls got a little criticism at the time, but they seem ok to me, considering the Dreamcast controller doesn't have a second analogue stick.
I've only played a few missions and it's not a game I actually owned in the console's heyday, although I enjoyed the demo's I had played - including what I remember being a Christmas inspired level (side note: Is that in the actual game? Is it one of those things that occurs when your Dreamcast clock reads it's Christmas day?), but I haven't encountered anything I don't like yet, despite the missions seemingly being pretty diverse so far.

Reprise, the Christmas missions were actually only released on a Official Dreamcast Magazine demo disc. I have it and played it over the holidays.

Ah, so that demo disc I had was an exclusive mission? Well now I'm gutted I sold it... haha.noiseredux wrote:Reprise, the Christmas missions were actually only released on a Official Dreamcast Magazine demo disc. I have it and played it over the holidays.
