The first Mortal Kombat was awesome, since they had a very basic premise: martial arts tournament with Sub Zero and Scorpion. And they even had the proper "Get over here" voice. I mean, I don't think even Uwe Boll could fuck that up.

And Super Mario Bros. is one of the finest movies of our generation. To this day I am still disappointed that the sequel that they alluded to at the end of the movie never happened.

The first Mortal Kombat was actually a rather decent action film, I'd even say it was good.
The second one was TERRIBLE, however.

The Street Fighter movie wasn't as bad as the second Mortal Kombat, but I think it is fair to say it was bad.

The Mario Bros movie was certainly unique, but I hesitate in praising it :P

The parts I've seen of Tomb Raider stuff seemed like they weren't good but at least decent, can't say much more (and I haven't even played much of the games either).

The parts I've seen of Double Dragon seemed like that one was between terrible and bad, but I may be wrong here.

I haven't seen (fortunately, I think) any of the other stuff so I can't comment.

I also like 60's Batman, but that is in its own category of unique :D
Other than that there are some decent cartoon movies of some Comic Books, and for live action I think some of the old Superman movies with Christopher Reeve are good (not all of them) and those are rather old. Then there was Burton's Batman movie with the Joker (the old one with Jack Nicholson, Keaton as Batman) was at least good, if not even very good, and the one with the Penguin is passable.
More recently of course we have Spiderman, but also a flood of bad ones :)
