The most complicated software I've ever used (and still do) is TIA Portal by Siemens. It is industrial control programming software that is immensely dense. It was made by Germans for Germans and you can feel it.

:P : Big storm coming this weekend and it's supposed to dump between 5-8 inches Friday night and I have to deliver mail saturday. Glad I have a 4 wheel drive jeep but I don't know how well my tires will do on some of the back roads since some are steep gravel roads that aren't to hot even without ice. Will probably grab some chains for my tires at Walmart tomorrow just in case it gets really bad.

Think I'm more worried about getting rear ended by other drivers then going into a ditch solo though hopefully everyone will stay in Saturday :P.

We're supposed to get just the tail end of the storm (we'll probably get a couple of inches), but Vance County is remarkably incompetent when it comes to driving, especially in the winter. I'm expecting the school to be closed Friday and maybe even Monday...

It'll be in the 70s around here between Thursday and Friday and then drop to 48 by the weekend before slowly climbing back up.

Enjoy your snow, northerners, cause we ain't getting any down here.

Hey man, I'm still in the South, and we're getting snow. Besides, everyone knows Floridians are just displaced Yankees.

We haven't had a decent hurricane threat since the great siege of 2005 (everything else just skimmed us :o )

Plus, we live on a hill, so if it does end up flooding, that means the apocalypse is upon us and we're all screwed :P

From what I've read, you'd probably be much happier.

Clearly not south enough

This is only true of the main part of the state, as evidenced by the disproportional amount of golf cart riding seniors that swarm to the state every winter. The panhandle though, is filled with nothing but native, southern rednecks.

Snow keeps dodging Pennsylvania. New York got hammered now DC is getting hammered. We're wearing plot armor this winter or something.

It's alright because last year was a disaster.
