JPN copy of Gundam Seed Destiny for GBA have a battery?

JPN copy of Gundam Seed Destiny for GBA have a battery?

I just got Gundam Seed Battle Assault, but it's a US copy with no save. Sometimes the Japan copies have batteries when the US copies don't. Anyone know for Destiny?
