Have picked up a bunch of stuff but I'm presuming most folks here are probably bored to tears by now of seeing a gazillion pics, so I'll keep this one short and sweet and related to the Jaguar.

There's a controller extension cord there as well.

One other thing which I thought was a little weird/interesting,

I found an Atari Jaguar system box. Empty box except for some inserts.
The seller mentioned that this was for the original Jaguar system his dad had bought from the States all those years ago. And that also a Jaguar game was bought with it at that time. He said he still had the receipt to that purchase, which he included when I bought the box.

Now he swears this was for the console itself ($149.99) and one game ($59.95).
He didn't recall what that game was.

But look at the date on that receipt. As far as I know, the Jaguar system was only released later that same year. And certainly no Jaguar games were even out that early in '93, right?
But as I say, the dude is adamant that this was indeed the purchase receipt for the console and a game.

Quite strange. lol

The only related Jaguar info I could find close enough to that time period is the following:
December, 1992 - Atari announced the Jag will be cartridge-based & released Summer 1993 for $150.
So, by some remote chance, were some units released incredibly early to stores?
I'm thinking I'm going to go with "No" on that one.

I know that they had test markets in California earlier in 1993, I knew a guy at the time who had one in June. But January is bizarre. Now its been 15 years since I worked at a Software ETC, but I can tell you that 611 was the Jaguar code, and games started at 7951. So this was probably Trevor McFur.

Thanks for that bit of info! :)

Hit up Amazon to pick up Army Men Sarge's Heroes 2 (PS2) for one pence, and an eyewatering £2.03 postage, and got lucky at a new retro stall in town and walked away with Air Attack (£2), Sarge's War (79p), and Green Rogue (£1.98).

This is what I got today in the hot weather! Went to the local fleamarket and got this! $9.00 for some blu-rays! Some are new! Across The Universe (new), Anchorman 2, The Guilt Trip, and Life Documentary (new!) It helped that when I saw the blu-rays I asked the lady, How much for the movies? So she didn't bother to check that they were blurays! Score! I then found Stranglehold Collectors Edition PS3 for $3.00. After that a copy of Destroy All humans 2 PS2 for $2.00. At another seller I got a little baggy of legos and two PS1 games Street Skater and Contender, all for $3.00 bucks! I then picked up for $4.00 Grandtheft auto Vice City PS2 and War of the monsters PS2 demo, also copies of Legend of Legia and Medievil disc only. The last place I hit up before I went to work I got some wii games for $6.00: Pac-man party and a Disney Princess game. I'm going to gift that one to my sister and her kids.

Picked up a few things at game stop while I was visiting my mom up in Charleston, WV. Love finding stores with a PC shelf since there are always a few heavily reduced games since nobody buys PC games at Gamestop  . Was nearly tempted to get Everquest II and a few of the expansions since they literally had them marked down to $0.01, but the big boxes were pretty beat and it's not something I would probably ever play if the servers are even still up.

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marines (PC) "New"- $0.97
Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition (PC) "New"- $2.97
Sim City Creator(Wii) - $4.49
We Ski & Snowboard(Wii)- $4.49
Sega Bass Fishing(Wii)- $0.89

Maybe it was a pre-order. If a console came out in June, it's not unreasonable to imagine that he may have pre-ordered months in advance.

That is way to simple to be the answer.

Maybe the time and date on the till/cash register was set wrong.
