Yea. SAL takes 2 - 3 weeks for me as well. And EMS is 2 - 3 business days. Though once EMS took 5.

I said "3+" weeks from JP to me, and then from me to anyone else in a group buy. Where is the point of contention on shipping times from Japan?

At any rate - the point of the group buy was to save on shipping, why would we EMS ship it. This IS the point of buying now, group buy w/shipping discount. Furthermore, why do the people who have copies care when some of us buy our copies?

It can easily wait a month or two. If the games sell they sell, whenever it is, I'm sure he'll be fine with it.

Wait, what? I'm sure he'll be fine with it, yeah. It doesn't make it any less discourteous to ask someone to look around on your behalf and then not follow through on your end.

Again, beside the point. The point was to secure a copy for myself and those who want to play. Do you know of another way to get a few copies of this game, in short order no less, sealed no less, if not, then "if they sell they sell" probably isn't the wisest philosophy to employ.

All I'm getting at is that you should give other members a few days to come forward, as there is more than ample time for the game to reach your hands to ship to others. Say at max it takes a not average 3 weeks to get to you, that still leaves you a window of two months to ship out to other members.

If it's that huge of a deal it can be put out later in the year.

A group buy idea has been discussed for the past 10 days in the other shmup thread, in this thread, and via pm. If someone can't commit to $34 after 10 days, then odds are another 2 weeks isn't going to help them decide, but it may mean copies available to me/us now, are no longer available to us then. So i'll say again, if someone knows of a place to acquire new copies of this game other than the gaijins or yahoo j auctions, please let the forum know.

I've gotten PM's (and pp money) from 3 people thus far. There were others that sounded like they wanted a copy, please let me know today - i'll be placing an order tonight and will only be buying copies for those who can confirm 100% they are buying one.

We can get up to 8 copies and it is preferred to get all 8 to save on the shipping from Japan. All of the copies are new/sealed.

lol - guys - I'm fine with it. haha. Really, there shouldn't be this much discussion about a few copies of Crimzon Clover. Don't feel committed to buy anything because I have no troubles selling copies of this game. The reason I went down to Akihabara was because:

A) You asked me to
B) If it really has gone out of print, I wanted to snatch up remaining copies so I have stock.

So.. No stress over here. I sell an average of 1-2 copies of this game a week, so if you only want 4-5 copies I'm sure waiting another month won't be a problem.
The only issue is that if these really are the last copies, I may raise prices later on since I had to buy these at retail price rather than wholesale. BUT - since mjmjr25 asked me before I knew this, I am following through with the previously agreed price.
