If you like Mega Man X, give Smelter a look

I've played a little bit of it, and have been digging it. There are parts of the game that feature RTS/Tower Defense gameplay, but there's also side scrolling levels that feel a LOT like Mega Man X games. Some of the main characters animations actually remind me of Zero. Her idle animation almost looks like Zero's from MM X 6. The game's music sounds like it would fit in a MMX game too
The story is...interesting. You play as Eve...like, biblical Eve...searching for Adam. The game's first scene is actually in Eden.
Oh, another thing, I've heard people say the game has Actraiser vibes too. I guess because of the RTS stuff. I never played Actraiser. The game is available on all major platforms, including PC. Here's a trailer:
