My answer: Water physics :P I remember back in the day that made all the difference in computing/gfx processing. Either reduce the lighting effects (ie reflections) or reduce the water physics (no more ripples in the puddles :( )

Are you using a 16:9 or 16:10 screen size? Bioshock has some issues with 16:10 monitors for some bizarre reason.

Are you using a 16:9 or 16:10 screen size? Bioshock has some issues with 16:10 monitors for some bizarre reason.


Hm... good question. I've switched monitors since then and dealt with it by playing at 800 x 600 resolution and turning off post processing effects.

I recommend considering a 12 core w/ 10 meg pipe.
