I just made the biggest video game find of the year. 200 dollars, three storage rooms full of gaming items. Tons of boxed consoles ranging from the Odyssey to the PS2, including NES, SNES, N64, Playstation, Lynx, Jaguar, Virtual Boy, etc. The attached pictures don't do it justice. I'm going to try and get an itemized list ASAP for you guys to splurge on...

Nice haul you got there!

It makes me want to start scouring craigslist and the local yard sales. My Wife would have a heart attack if she saw me bring all of that home though, despite the profit made.

Man, that's awesome. Craigslist here is terrible. Usually it's stuff like Xbox 360s for $400 or the latest Madden for $50. The best deal I've seen so far was for six Atari games, worth about $15 in total. The asking price was $30.

And then they're sometimes like this...

Yeah, it was just a craigslist ad. The guy selling it owns the storage facility and rooms that they are in, he just wants to get rid of it. The story behind it though it strange, and a little creepy. The actual owner was apparently crazy. He was going to become a millionaire by buying all of this vintage game stuff, and he just kept it in those rooms. Eventually he committed suicide. The person who all of his belongings were supposed to go to was summoned to get them. He said that he would get it the following week. He also ended up dying over that weekend. So, the facility owner just wants the space back. I'll be glad to take from his loss. :D

Creepy. I hope you didn't buy haunted games.

Interesting story, where are you from? Your local Craigslist seems to have lots of good stuff.

San Antonio, Texas. This is actually like the dryest large city for video game related items in Texas. It's kind of sad, but now I really don't have a need to go to Craigslist for a while. XD I'm hoping there is a shitton of games in those tupperware containers. I need to beef up my collection. I'm also hoping for a really big gem in there. Like, Starfox Super Weekend or something. This guy apparently bought a lot of things, so there's a really good chance that something worth a lot is hidden somewhere...
