I went started with the Wikipedia list and purged all the games that weren't of his design, like Turbo OutRun or Virtua Fighter 3.
Champion Boxing
Champion Pro Wrestling
Space Harrier
Hang-On
Super Hang-On
Out Run
Enduro Racer
After Burner/After Burner II
Power Drift
G-LOC: Air Battle
Virtua Racing
Virtua Fighter
Virtua Fighter II
Ferrari F355 Challenge
Shenmue
Shenmue II
Propeller Arena
OutRun 2
Psy-Phi (Cancelled)
Shenmue City
Gan! Gan! Pirates
I'm not sure about these three games, the first two are listed in Wikipedia but that's it:
Sword of Vermilion (This one was made by AM2 and has music by the OutRun guy, but Suzuki isn't credited according to Mobygames, so probably he wasn't involved).
Now we get to the murky part: Was he involved in the following games as a designer?
Virtua Cop 1/2 (Wikipedia lists him only as producer)
Virtua Fighter 4/VF4 Evo (Listed as executive producer, like in Propeller Arena)
Virtua Cop 3 (Listed as Executive producer)
Daytona USA (I do not think he was involved, but some websites do credit him instead of Toshihiro Nagoshi, which opens a new can of worms because I have seen him both credited as "Special Thanks" and "Designer", which is weird.
Let's do this

EDIT: What about Propeller Arena, is that one of his games too?
