Best one-screen local multiplayer games?

I love one-screen games that you can play locally with friends. I would like some more games to the list of one-screen games. What are your favorites? The "rules" are one-screen, non-scrolling static screens. And must have at least support for 2 players.

Super Smash Bros (N64), melee (GC) and brawl (Wii) are all good choices.

Also, Ice Hockey for the NES is a surprisingly good hockey game.
