Yes!
Here’s a list of Nintendo one-hit wonders I developed:
Nintendo one-hit wonders:
Alleyway, Aura Aura Climber, Barker Bill’s Trick Shooting, Birds & Beans, Clu Clu Land, Devil World, Drill Dozer, Duck Hunt, For Frog the Bell Tolls, Gumshoe, Hogan’s Alley, Ice Climber, Joy Mech Fight, Magnetic Soccer, Mole Mania, Mysterious Murasame Castle, Odama, Pro Wrestling, Short Order / Eggsplode, Sky Skipper, Slalom, Solar Striker, Steel Diver, Stunt Race FX, Tin Star, Tomato Adventure, To the Earth, Uniracers, Urban Champion, Wild Gunman
Can we see some others?

I'm starting to suspect there's a group of people who wait until near the end to boost whatever isn't winning.

I can add to this:
Spotto!/Bird & Bombs (DSiWare)
Cubivore (Gamecube)
Doshin the Giant (Gamecube/64DD)
Giftpia (Gamecube)
Captain Rainbow (Wii)
Teleroboxer (Virtual Boy)
Rusty's Real Deal Baseball (3DS eShop)
Disaster: Day of Crisis (Wii)
Flingsmash (Wii)
Electroplankton (DS)
Geist (Gamecube)
Eternal Darkness (Gamecube)
Photo Dojo! (DSiWare)
Looksley's Line Up/Tales in a Box (DSiWare)
Galactic Pinball (Virtual Boy)
Steel Diver isn't a One Hit Wonder - there was a download only multiplayer sequel on 3DS.
Bird & Beans is questionable too because it was originally part of Warioware before being released as a standalone DSiWare title.

One Hit Wonders has been one of the strongest performing ones the whole time.

Thanks so much for voting and for the super awesome lists, everyone ^w^
I do have Doshin the Giant, but that game is a heck of a time commitment and not one I enjoy playing all that much, so I don't think I'll be playing through that one ^^;
I've got Captain Rainbow already, but there's always the eShop as well. Perhaps I'll pick up Mole Mania and finally play through that~
As for ones on that list I've played, I can recommend For Frog the Bell Tolls, Cubeivore, and Tomato Adventure as good times~

I identify everyone via avatar, so if you change your avatar, I genuinely might completely forget who you are. -- Me

I haven’t researched it yet, but I strongly suspect SEGA has a ton of these...whose up for Kid Chameleon next month?
